As long as the product is still available. the order cannot be completed if there is a product that is out of stock. please check your cart before completing your order

By clicking on the product an icon will pop that says add to cart. if the product isn't available it will not be shown in the page
or it will have a message that says " out of stock"

Delivery is 3JOD in Amman and 5JOD to other districts

Can I pick up my order directly from the shipping company branches?

You can contact the shipping company and provide them with your tracking number and inform them that you want to pick upyour order

If the product was used wrongfully, it cannot be returned
After 7 days from the delivery date, the items cannot be returned

Your order cannot be edited but it can be canceled if it was not shipped yet.

Will there be fees on returning or exchanging products?

Yes, 3 JOD if returned and 6 JOD if exchanged

Is shipping the products safe?

We make sure that the products are packed well and firm to be delivered to you in the best shape possible
